These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. You represent that you are over the age of 18.
The Service provides historical and structured financial data for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind.
Past performance of any stock, portfolio, or strategy does not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk. The Company is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
You acknowledge that: (a) the data presented may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; (b) rankings and scores are algorithmic and do not reflect a recommendation; (c) you should consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions; and (d) the Company bears no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Service.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each period, your Subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. You may cancel through your Account settings or by contacting us.
The Company may modify Subscription fees at any time. Fee changes become effective at the end of your current billing period. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any price change.
Refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company, except as required by law.
The Service aggregates and analyzes market data obtained from third-party providers. End-of-day stock prices, the earnings release calendar, and fundamentals for equities listed on NYSE and Nasdaq are Powered by EODHD. The Company may add, change, or replace data providers at its sole discretion at any time.
Rankings, scores, position calculations, historical return analyses, and other computed outputs presented through the Service are proprietary derivative works produced by the Company from raw data inputs and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
The Company makes no representation that data obtained from third-party providers is complete, accurate, timely, or fit for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such data may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and you agree not to rely solely on it for investment or financial decisions.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any feedback you provide. If such assignment is ineffective, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such feedback without restriction.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions, including Brazilian consumer law (CDC), do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In those cases, liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The Company provides no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with other software, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the Judicial District (Comarca) of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file suit in their own domicile under Art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
The failure to exercise a right under these Terms shall not waive that right. A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Holder Dashboard regarding use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. Continued use after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
