Holder Dashboard Data Use License — Version 1

1. Scope

These conditions apply to data and computed outputs made available through
Holder Dashboard, including historical fundamental rankings in the free Public
Archive and recent and current rankings available through Membership.

2. Permitted use

You may access and use this content through Holder Dashboard for your personal
investment research and analysis, learning about company fundamentals, and
supporting your own investment decisions.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data; scrape, automate, or
bulk-extract data from the platform; use the service to build competing products;
or bypass access restrictions or system limitations.

Free access to the Public Archive does not grant an open-data license or
permission to redistribute the data. Membership does not grant those permissions
either.

4. Ownership and third-party data

Holder Dashboard aggregates and analyzes data from third-party providers,
including EODHD. Rankings, scores, historical return calculations, and other
computed analyses are proprietary derivative works produced by Holder Dashboard.
Underlying third-party data remains subject to the rights of its respective
owners and licensors. This license does not grant ownership of that data or any
right to sublicense or redistribute it.

5. Informational use

The content is provided for informational purposes and is not investment advice.
Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. You are responsible for your own
financial decisions.

6. Version and contact

This document records version 1 of the data-use conditions. This published version
will remain available at https://holderdashboard.com/licenses/data-use-v1.txt.
Any future revision will be published at a separate versioned URL.
